I can’t say enough about Opulence Transportation. Our son got married this weekend and they were amazing to work with from the day I set up the schedule for our hectic day. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and made the whole wedding party feel special and safe. When they arrived early at the venue and could not go in, the drive stayed with them, keeping them comfortable in the suv til they could go in. Then transported 2 more groups for the wedding party and were so on point that we ended up 15 minutes early and boy, did we need that. The suv returned later in the evening to take the bride and groom to their hotel and literally put out a red carpet for their final send off. I highly recommend this car service! They were a much needed constant on a very hectic day.

They had me at "you can text to set up a ride".  Yup... did the whole thing over text and as someone who avoids phone calls as much as possible this was a huge selling point.   (You can call tho! And you can make online reservations too! Now that's service!)

Communication was on point.   They emailed me a detailed description of where to find the car outside the baggage terminal,  and the driver texted me when they arrived.

In all brutal honesty I was kinda dreading making awkward small talk with some dude for an hour, but the Shawn that showed up was a badass female driver who was so fun to talk to we chatted the entire time.   I even requested her for my return ride!

The entire process was seamless, professional and fun.  I have traveled a ton, and this was in my top 5 for ride accommodations.  Defintely use them!

I had a bad experience with Uber recently flying to another area so flying into Norfolk airport, I wanted to make sure I secured a ride from the airport to our hotel. I found this company on yelp and so glad I booked with them. From my first communication abt availability to pick, it was professional. Shawn was our driver who was prompt, polite, and informative abt the area. The following day when talking to someone who went with a different ride share company, the cost was the same! We had a spacious, clean, pleasant smelling ride for the same rate as my colleague. So it was a no brainer booking the same service back to the airport. Shawn was a driver again. Everything was timely, stress free and even got water for the ride. Overall , great service! They could not have done better.
